Comparative evaluation of three classical sizing methods of vibrating screens

The sizing of vibrating screen machines can be done by various methods, most them based on the classic method Allis Chalmers (ACM). Due to wide diffusion and applicability, Peter King (PKM) Karra (KM) methods present great technical relevance as well. objective this study was evaluate compare results surface areas, calculated these three real areas industrial machines. data generated in 11 screening operations, being possible deviations mathematical relation Results have shown that although all restrictions their use, PKM has smallest compared dimensions for four conditions.
